Compliance Monitoring
According to EU Regulation No. 139/2014, Sogeaal has established Compliance Monitoring Management with the purpose of checking, monitoring and maintaining compliance with operational and technical requirements established by the regulation.
Compliance Monitoring Service must:
- Check the maintenance of the Airport Certification and the Certification Base (CB).
- Verify the compliance of the Airport Manual and its amendments to the regulations that are in current use.
- Verify the compliance of established training and training requirements, which have an impact on airport safety.
- Define and implement a specific audit calendar concerning the airport, its organisation, procedures and the key processes for its operation, providing periodic reviews for each area involved.
- Monitor compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements of performed activities, including those by third parties.
- Manage detected non-conformities and verify the effectiveness of corrective / preventive identified actions.
- Inform the Accountable Manager of results carried out by audits and any follow-up actions of found findings.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager for an effective governance of the Change Management process.
